You can submit early concept plans or fully detailed construction drawings. The more detail your plans have the more accurate your estimate will be, based off your specifications.
We have simplified the process for uploading your plans with PDF.

Due to the pre-built algorithms of utecture and the digital twin model, working in the background, importing into utecture is restricted.

We can export an IFC model of your model out of utecture for you to use or overlay into your architectural software.
utecture’s team of Quantity Surveyors and industry experts have configured materials, calculations and product selection in the model to cater for the majority of homes built in New Zealand.

A range of suppliers have also jump onboard to have their products added to utecture Trade & Trade Plus, all are added to utecture to measure as per NZ 3604, product specifications & industry-benchmarked* labour rates.
